Apeos C4030 Series

• 2,350 max sheet capacity: The C4030 Series comes standard with trays that can hold as many as 700 sheets. The bypass tray and standard tray can hold 150 sheets and 550 sheets respectively. Up to three optional 550-sheet feeders can be installed to have one bypass tray and four standard trays in total.

• High volume quick scan: Instantly scan without manual entry with single-pass colour duplex scanning up to 105ppm. One pass DADF will not damage the original document and the system automatically converts custom size originals to a standard size. 

• Print on multiple substrates: Ideal for printing on envelopes and thick paper to produce promotional materials. Equipped with automatic adjustment of pressure to print on envelopes and a smooth paper feed path to ensure that thick paper can run successfully.

• Exceptional colour accuracy: High-resolution printing of 1,200 X 2,400 dpi achieved with an LED printhead and smooth line and text reproduction with image enhancement processing. 

• Touch panel operation: User-friendly 7-inch* colour touch panel with customisable screen icon layout making your routine workflow simple and smooth, providing the same operability as A3 multifunction devices. 

• Multifunction device printing: Server-less On-Demand Print* enables the flexibility to print and collect the print-outs from any of the connected multifunction devices. This improves productivity by printing from another available multifunction device while the current device is in use. 

• Direct scan to print: Print directly from a USB flash drive or alternatively, scan data and directly save it on a USB flash drive without using a PC. 
• Share information any time, anywhere: With Working Folder* and internet access, documents can be viewed regardless of time and location. Scanned documents will be assigned a file name and stored in the Working Folder*. An email notification will be sent to relevant users.

• Protects from unauthorised users: Secure user authorisation settings give the administrator full user control via local authentication, IC card authentication*, remote server authentication, user-specific feature access and private charge print. 
• Protects data: Prevents any malicious intent of hacking and tampering with device and system settings through encryption of stored data using a 2.0 chip for encryption management. 

• Prevents operational errors: Inhibits information leakage due to inadvertent mistakes by administrators and users such as re-entering the fax recipient, scanned documents delivered to a fixed destination, annotations, and watermarks. 

• Security certification: Certified with ISO/IEC 15408, which is the international standard for designing and operating IT security.

• Resolve problems with ease: From supplies replacement to unexpected device failures, most problems can be resolved without waiting for service support. 

• Help function: Self-help information is available on the control panel and can be accessed via the mobile device by scanning the QR code displayed on the control panel. 

• Remote assistance: Connects directly to the Support Centre. An operator will remotely access the multifunction device to resolve the problem by guiding through the steps on the shared control panel.  

• Close monitoring: Easily monitor the multifunction device status to minimise operation down time with the ability to check the billing meter. The system automatically delivers consumables when cartridge levels are low and detects machine errors for early intervention to rectify the problem.

• Backup device settings: Device Setup Editor is a free tool which helps both in editing device settings and creating a much-needed information backup for business continuity reasons. A back up of the device / printer settings can be created on the PC, allowing administrators to optimise device usage by viewing/editing these settings. When installing a new device, these settings can be migrated (or cloned) from the existing device to the new device.
