• Multifunction device printing: Server-less On-Demand Print* enables the flexibility to print and collect the print outs from any of the connected multifunction devices. This improves productivity by printing from another available multifunction device while the current device is in use. 

• Direct scan to print: Print directly from a USB flash drive or alternatively, scan data and directly save it on a USB flash drive without using a PC. 

• Light notification reminders: Light notification reminds the user of uncollected document on the trays. The centre tray light further notifies when a fax is received on the side tray. 

• Scan with ease: Multiple sheets can be loaded and scanned together, enabling improved digitisation processes with features including automatic orientation of scanned pages to an upright position, correcting skewed pages or removing blank pages. 

• Digitise documentation: With Scan Delivery*, Apeos C7070 automatically processes, and stores scanned images using presets for each workflow or document type. 

• Scan small originals: Custom-size or small-size documents such as receipts can be scanned directly from the Duplex Automatic Document Feeder which can be automatically set to the nearest standard size.

• Help function: Self-help information is available on the control panel and can be accessed via the mobile device by scanning the QR code displayed on the control panel. 

• Remote assistance: Connects directly to the Support Centre. An operator will remotely access the multifunction device to resolve the problem by guiding through the steps on the shared control panel.  

• Close monitoring: Easily monitor the multifunction device status to minimise operation down time with the ability to check the billing meter. The system automatically delivers consumables when cartridge levels are low and detects machine errors for early intervention to rectify the problem.

• Backup device settings: Device Setup Editor is a free tool which helps both in editing device settings and creating a much-needed information backup for business continuity reasons. A back up of the device / printer settings can be created on the PC, allowing administrators to optimise device usage by viewing/editing these settings. When installing a new device, these settings can be migrated (or cloned) from the existing device to the new device.
